When dealing with cybercrime, an ounce of prevention is truly worth a pound of cure.  Cybercrime happens in many forms: online identity theft, financial fraud, stalking, bullying, hacking, e-mail spoofing, information piracy and forgery, intellectual property crime and more. At best, cybercrime can cause major inconvenience and annoyance.  And at worst, it can lead to financial ruin and potentially threaten a victim's reputation and personal safety.
